| the 7-8 FPS and the focus points, the dual memcard slots, and the metal body was more than enough reasons for me to get the 300s over the 90 new. the 700 is great. but for when i shot, i need and like the extra reach i get from the crop sensor and the extras "for me" make the 300s a much better piece than the 700. now if the put the 3x sensor with the 3s FPS in a 700 body... it would be EPIC. but i don't think Sony and Nikon are ready to build that yet. But i could kinda see Fuji jumping in with them and having it built as one of the uber bodies they are known to have.
